One of the
Seattle Times's Pictures of the Year for 2006 is a
photo of a witness being interviewed by a detective and a King County deputy prosecutor (and Trial Ad instructor) Scott O'Toole at the scene of a murder/arson. (Conner Schierman has been charged and has pleaded not guilty to the crimes.)
