It was developed to support the Trial Advocacy Program at the University of Washington School of Law, but broadened to include appellate practice, the courts, access to justice, and related topics. It is no longer active.

Stimson Quits Over Boycott Remarks
Remember Charles "Cully" Stimson, the Defense Department official who suggested that corporate clients should take their business away from law firms that represent Guantanamo detainees? (See earlier post.) Well, he has resigned. He said the controversy was getting in the way of his effectiveness.
