It was developed to support the Trial Advocacy Program at the University of Washington School of Law, but broadened to include appellate practice, the courts, access to justice, and related topics. When Will Schierman's Trial Begin?
The prosecution is seeking a delay of 5 months in Conner Schierman's trial, which is now scheduled to begin March 26. Senior Deputy Prosecutor Scott O'Toole is requesting the delay so forensic experts can have more time to analyze evidence from the crime scene. James Conroy, Schierman's attorney, opposes the delay.
