It was developed to support the Trial Advocacy Program at the University of Washington School of Law, but broadened to include appellate practice, the courts, access to justice, and related topics. Ethiopia Versus Starbucks
Ethiopia wants to trademark and license coffee names based on its coffee-growing regions in order to increase the value in the market and to get a bigger share of the coffee pie (so to speak). Starbucks doesn't want to sign the license offered. Both sides have used videos they've posted on YouTube to try to sway public opinion.
