It was developed to support the Trial Advocacy Program at the University of Washington School of Law, but broadened to include appellate practice, the courts, access to justice, and related topics. It is no longer active.

AG's Hiring of Legal Counsel Opposed
Oklahoma's attorney general, W. A. Drew Edmonson, hired outside counsel with a contingency fee agreement in 2005 to handle a big environmental case against about a dozen poultry processing plants. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the American Tort Reform Association have filed an amicus brief, arguing that the government's use of the outside counsel violates the federal and Oklahoma constitutions.
