It was developed to support the Trial Advocacy Program at the University of Washington School of Law, but broadened to include appellate practice, the courts, access to justice, and related topics. PD Cited for Contempt for Not Being Ready
A public defender in Ohio said he wasn't prepared to go forward with a case, since he had only gotten the case the day before. The judge cited him for contempt and had him sit in jail for five hours.
