It was developed to support the Trial Advocacy Program at the University of Washington School of Law, but broadened to include appellate practice, the courts, access to justice, and related topics. Audit: WSP lab 'severely deficient'
Fred Russell's defense is using a 2004 audit of the Washington State Patrol crime lab to support its motion to suppress evidence of his blood alcohol level, becausee the lab lost the vials with the blood samples.
