The state Department of Social and Health Services has agreed to pay $2.5 million to a former patient at Eastern State Hospital who was raped by a nurse.DSHS settles rape lawsuit, Spokesman Review, Sept. 5, 2007.
The patient was represented by former Trial Ad instructor David P. Moody.
