It was developed to support the Trial Advocacy Program at the University of Washington School of Law, but broadened to include appellate practice, the courts, access to justice, and related topics. It is no longer active.

Justice Stevens Shows No Signs of Leaving Supreme Court
People like to speculate about what justices a new President would appoint. But the President only gets to appoint when there's a vacancy. Justice Stevens, at 88 the oldest justice, is going strong, and no other justice is talking retirement either.
