'Random Variation' in the Supreme Court Clerkship Lottery,' Professors David Kaye (Law, ASU) and Joseph Gastwirth (Statistics & Econ., George Wash. U.) hold Supreme Court Justices' clerk selections up to empirical light in an effort to assess recent claims of gender disparity.
