Feds Must Revise Salmon Plan



The Ninth Circuit affirmed a district court case rejecting the National Marine Fisheries Service's plan to protect endangered salmon and steelhead in the Columbia and Snake Rivers. Washington: Fish Protection Lags, Court Agrees, NY Times, April 10, 2007.
