Ex-Inmate Sues State for Bad Medical Care

While in prison Charlie Manning became infected with flesh-eating bacteria. For two days, the prison doctor treated him for what he thought was an allergic reaction. Then Mr. Manning was flown to Harborview, where he needed significant surgery was was left battling chronic pain. He is suing the state.
