Everett judge won't hear case of lab monkey's death

Pasado's Safe Haven tried to file a citizen's complaint against employees of an animal testing lab who scalded a monkey to death when they ran its cage through a washer. The Snohomish County prosecutor's office and the Everett City Attorney had declined to file charges, and Everett District Judge Roger Fisher declined to allow the citizen's complaint to go forward.
