Vancouver asks for federal probe of police officer's firing

Vancouver, WA, settled a discrimination case brought by a police officer for $1.65 million. Responding to criticism of the city's handling of the case, the mayor is now asking the U.S. Attorney's office for the Western District of Washington to review it.
