Woman awarded $45,000 in cat death

[NEWS] A woman was awarded over $45,000 in a bench trial in Seattle District Court against a dog owner whose dog mauled her cat to death. The plaintiff's attorney was Adam Karp, a UW alumnus who has also taught Animal Law here. Adam was also the first president of WSBA's Animal Law Section.
