[NEWS] The author of a supposed non-fiction memoir has acknowledged that parts are fiction, and the publisher has offered buyers a refund of the purchase price. On Thursday plaintiffs filed a lawsuit in the Western District of Washington seeking damages for the "lost time" spent reading the book. They seek class action certification.
