The library has recently received the third edition (2004) of Steven Lubet's Modern Trial Advocacy: Analysis and Practice, published by NITA. NITA's description of the book includes links to the preface and table of contents. This edition includes a new chapter, "Electronic Visuals," by Edward R. Stein.
