The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has a vigorous campaign to change the tort system, and now ATLA is responding with a campaign of its own. The National Law Journal cites two ads -- the Chamber's picture of a man with cash stuffed into his mouth and the caption "Please Don't Feed the Trial Lawyers" versus ATLA's picture of a suit-jacketed torso with a gold "C.E.O." monogram on his shirt cuff slipping cash into his breast pocket and the caption "Haven't the Big Corporate CEO's Taken Enough?"
