Chris Ochoa, who spent 12 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit, this weekend graduated from the University of Wisconsin law school and was the commencement speaker. Mr. Ochoa, threatened by police with the death penalty if he did not cooperate, falsely confessed to a rape/murder. Years later, he was exonerated by DNA evidence -- with the help of the Wisconsin Innocence Project, where he later worked as a law student.
