Immigrants file lawsuit against US government over delay in citizenship bids

The Council on American-Islamic Relations and the ACLU have sued the federal government, saying that their naturalization applications have been delayed for years because of the FBI's slowness in "name checks" referred to it by US Citizenship and Immigration Services.
