Cat in Sting of Fake Vet


How do you catch someone who is fraudulently pretending to be a veterinarian? Police in Brooklyn set up a sting with a shelter kitten. Told that the cat needed to be neutered, he took the cat and $135. The "vet" pleaded guilty and was sentenced to probation and mental health treatment.
