This morning's Seattle Times has three stories about suits by reality TV participants against the shows:
- A made-for-TV fairy tale becomes nasty in reality, Seattle Times, May 14, 2007 (5 orphans, taken in by a family, moved out weeks after "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" built a 9-bedroom house for the family and orphans).
- Owners say home damaged in name of makeover, Seattle Times, May 14, 2007 ("Renovate My Family").
- From "Extreme Makeover" that never was, a tragedy, Seattle Times, May 14, 2007 (woman whose facial makeover was cancelled felt humiliated; her sister, who had said awful things to get her the makeover, committed suicide).
