Sentence in Convenience Store Killing

Christopher Bistryski, who pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, was sentenced by King County Superior Court Judge Nicole McInnes yesterday. Deputy's friend gets 24 years in clerk's slaying, Seattle P-I, May 26, 2007.

Senior Deputy Prosecutor Nelson Lee (also a Trial Ad instructor) is quoted as saying at the sentencing hearing that the defendant "executed" the clerk.

Part of the plea agreement was a promise not to prosecute Bistryski for a crime he committed two days before the killing.

Demitri was a co worker and a friend. He was only doing his job!
it is sad that the story is about his roommate the sheriff and not the life lost!!!
24 years is half what he deserved!

WE ALL GET WHATS COMING TO US,JUST NOT ON THIS WORLD!

MUCH LOVE TO HIS BROTHER NADER,WHO CONTINUES TO WORK FOR THE SAME COMPANY IN WHICH HIS BROTHER WAS MURDERED!!!
